SOLD to the Highest Bidder!

Real estate auctions are seemingly the new "trend" in selling real estate.

Often people ask, " What is a Real Estate Auction?" and usually an education is to follow...

A real estate auction is an innovative and effective method of selling real estate. It is an intense, accelerated real estate marketing process that involves the public sale of any property much like Multiple Listing Service but with the direct public involved. It most certainly includes properties that are owned by both distressed and nondistressed sellers. The real estate is sold through open crying of competitive bid calling. It is not necessarily a "fire sale" as most people ask, but merely an aggressive marketing method that creates quick multiple offers or bids without all the paper work and emotions of the seller. An auction brings sellers and buyers together to see who will bid or pay the most money for the property .

How Can I Help You with an Auction?

  • You will know that the property will be sold to the highest bidder for the highest price among competing bidders! When buyers compete - you win!

  • Properties are sold "as-is", "where-is"; you will not be obligated to pay for any repairs and/or improvements to the property.

  • Every buyer is qualified and registered with us by providing us with a cashier's check for a predetermined amount and by providing us with proof of funds in order to close.

  • The property will typically close 30 days or earlier from the date of the auction.

  • You may elect to set a reserve amount at the auction. You are in control of the sale!

  • Buyers can elect to open the bidding before the auction event.

  • We encourage Real Estate Broker and Agent participation and we pay commissions to Buyer's Agents and Listing Agents who refer an auction to us.

  • The buyer pays our fee in the form of an industry standard "buyer's premium". The seller may elect to offset the fee.
